No. The rounded corners of DERICUT® blades have no impact whatsoever on cutting quality or on use in the respective derinding machines.
This depends on various application factors and cannot be generalized. However, for our DERICUT® derinding blades we exclusively use corrosion-resistant stainless steel and, for maximum quality, comply with the strict requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. This is how we ensure maximum service life.
LUTZ has developed a process that allows DERICUT® derinding blades to be individually packed in paper or film. Depending on customer requirements, either the SINGLE PAPER PACK (paper-based) or the SINGLE VIEW PACK (blued film) is used.
Both the SINGLE PAPER PACK (paper-based) and the SINGLE VIEW PACK (blued film) feature an internal tear thread, making the SINGLE PACKS easy to open and allowing users to remove the blades without difficulty.
