Your Responsibilities

• Establish and operate our new department in Pune
• Lead and manage all aspects of business operations
• Directly manage and develop a Sales team
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Builds a strong relationship with key customers and business partners to advance our business
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth and process improvement
• Cross-Site collaboration with our management and team in Germany, Poland and USA

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10 years of experience in industry, in a manufacturing environment including 5+ years in senior leadership / people management role
• Experience abroad (Germany or another European country) or worked with German company’s
• Solid functional knowledge of all department operations
• Knowledge / experience in Administration would be a plus
• Proven success in Sales
• Excellent communication, strong negotiation and networking skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities are required
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential
• Ability to travel internationally
• Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
• Knowledge of computer based administrative systems (Outlook, Word, Excel), familiarity with ERP and CRM software is a plus
