The foil blade black-1533 from LUTZ BLADES is made of carbon steel and is characterized by its striking black color. This blade is coated with titanium nitride, a standard hard material characterized by high wear resistance. This hard material, which is usually gold-colored, has a high coefficient of friction of around 0.4 to 0.7 against the reference material steel. The coating ensures safe use of the blade up to a temperature of approx. 300 °C. This blade has been specially developed for the precise cutting of film in industrial applications. With a length of 43.00 mm, a width of 22.20 mm and a thickness of 0.20 mm, it offers the perfect combination of shape and stability. The blade is also available in other thicknesses to meet different requirements. As a 3-hole blade, it can also be individually adapted to specific customer requirements.
