The raw material is not standardized: potatoes come directly from the field, in varying qualities and with soil, sand, and other contaminants. Despite these demanding conditions, chips and potato sticks are mass-produced goods with very high quality requirements.
Our potato chip blades are compatible with standard machines from major manufacturers such as Urschel, Stumabo, FAM, and Incalfer, and offer an attractive procurement alternative. Thanks to austenitic stainless steel, no additional coating is required. The blades impress with their long service life and consistently high quality. Clean cuts produce smooth surfaces with reduced texture, resulting in lower oil consumption during frying—a significant cost savings for the chip manufacturer.
