Your Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from order entry through delivery and invoicing
• Lead the topics in regard to warehouse & supply chain for inventory, dispatch, order fulfillment, transport documentation and invoicing
• Liaise with the accounting partner on invoicing and order-related documentation
• Proactively communicate order changes to internal stakeholders and resolve order-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure smooth processes
• Support sales with order status, product availability, customer communication, and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate inventory
• Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and support continuous process improvements

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in order processing, warehousing, logistics, customer service, or supply chain
• Experience of import and export, as well as working in international environments
• Experience with ERP systems (Order-, Inventory- and Material Management, billing and invoicing) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Customer-focused mindset, attention to details, strong communication, self-organization, Proactive working, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English, Marathi, Hindi and German skills preferred
