Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales managers in the support and care of existing customers and trading partners in Germany and abroad as well as in the acquisition of new customers
  • Support of own small customers including preparation of offers, offer follow-up, clarification of queries, monitoring and control of internal and external deadlines and complaint processing
  • Active participation in the planning, organization and implementation of trade fairs, sales events and marketing campaigns
  • Accompanying sales managers on customer visits
  • Creation of presentations and statistics

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, first professional experience in sales or customer contact
  • Confident communication in German and English, other languages are an advantage
  • High service orientation, structured and careful way of working and team spirit
  • Experienced with MS Office
  • Willingness to travel

    Video interview
    In a first meeting we get to know each other better. We learn about your background, motivation and future goals. At the same time, you have the chance to learn more about the advertised position and LUTZ as an employer.

    Get to know each other in person
    We get to know each other even better in person during a second meeting on site. You will get to know your direct manager and have ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your tasks, your future team and the company. Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.

    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.

    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
