With more than 340 employees, LUTZ BLADES produces over 100 million blades annually, two-thirds of which are exported – to Europe and beyond. The blades are manufactured exclusively at our two production sites, in Solingen/Germany and in Nysa/Poland – no work step is outsourced.

Our corporate headquarters & first production siteIn Solingen-Gräfrath, in the Piepersberg industrial park, the new corporate headquarters of LUTZ BLADES was completed in 2020. We have around 12,000 square meters of space available here for production, warehousing and administration on a site covering a good 17,000 square meters.

Nysa / Poland
Our second production site in EuropeNysa, in the Opole region of south-west Poland, has been home to the second LUTZ BLADES site for more than 30 years. Here, approximately 175 employees are busy producing blades for our customer.

Our location in AmericaWith the location in Charleston (South Carolina), LUTZ BLADES opened its first branch in the USA in 2023. Short distances to a wide variety of user markets and high logistical availability were the deciding factors for the construction of the new site.
