Foil blade-0710 with DLC

The foil blade-0710 from LUTZ BLADES is made of stainless steel or carbon steel. It is coated with diamond-like carbon. This coating offers high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction of around 0.1 against the reference material steel. Although DLC is very resistant, it can be susceptible to impact loads and high temperatures, with a safe operating range of between 100 and 300 °C depending on the structure. The DLC coating gives the blade excellent cutting performance and durability. With its dimensions of 57.00 mm length, 18.80 mm width and 0.40 mm thickness, it offers an optimal solution for the precise cutting of foils in industrial applications. This blade is specially designed as a long-hole blade and continues to meet individual customer requirements.
