The foil blade-0710 from LUTZ BLADES is made of stainless steel or carbon steel. It is coated with titanium-carbide. This coating offers lower wear resistance compared to TiN, but with a significantly lower coefficient of friction of around 0.3 to 0.5 against the reference material steel. The TiC coating is usually anthracite-colored and allows the blade to be used safely up to a temperature of approx. 300 °C. With its dimensions of 57.00 mm length, 18.80 mm width and 0.40 mm thickness, it offers an optimum solution for the precise cutting of foils in industrial applications. This blade is specially designed as a long-hole blade and continues to meet individual customer requirements.
