The foil blade-0710 from LUTZ BLADES is made of stainless steel or carbon steel. It has a non-stick coating made of Teflon® (PTFE). This coating is characterized by a very low surface tension, so that practically no foreign bodies adhere to the cutting edge. PTFE is resistant to acids and alkalis and significantly reduces frictional resistance. The extremely low static friction enables smooth cutting, making the blade particularly suitable for medical applications. With its dimensions of 57.00 mm length, 18.80 mm width and 0.40 mm thickness, it offers an optimum solution for the precise cutting of films in industrial applications. This blade is specially designed as a long-hole blade and continues to meet individual customer requirements.
