With more than 340 employees, LUTZ BLADES produces over 100 million blades every year, two thirds of which are exported – to Europe and beyond. The blades are manufactured exclusively at our two production sites, in Solingen/Germany and in Nysa/Poland – no work step is outsourced.

Our company headquarters & first production siteIn Solingen-Gräfrath, in the Piepersberg industrial estate, LUTZ BLADES’ new company headquarters was completed in 2020. On an area of over 25,000 square meters, we have around 13,000 square meters of space available for production, warehousing and administration.

Our second production site in EuropeThe second LUTZ BLADES site has been located in Nysa, in the Opole region of south-western Poland, for more than 30 years. Around 175 employees work here to produce blades for our customers.

Our location in AmericaWith the location in Charleston (South Carolina), LUTZ BLADES opened its first branch in the USA in 2023. Short distances to a wide range of user markets and high logistical availability were the deciding factors in establishing the new location.
