Blades from LUTZ are high-precision cutting tools that place special demands on transport and handling throughout the entire supply chain – from the manufacturer to the specialist trade and the end user. For this reason, LUTZ BLADES has developed various dispenser and packaging systems that reliably fulfill several central functions.
Since we develop and manufacture our dispenser systems ourselves, we can respond flexibly and specifically to individual customer requirements. All systems are optimally matched to the respective blade types and areas of application.
In addition, we offer a variety of other standard packaging – including soft plastic pouches as well as small cardboard packaging, polybags and much more.

Recycling at LUTZ
Sustainability is firmly anchored in our production processes, which is particularly evident in our approach to recycling. We manufacture our own packaging, such as the Flip-Box, Lutz-Pack, Pull-Box or the SC-Container. Our packaging is 100% recyclable. We also use recycled materials in our production processes, for example in injection molding, to minimize environmental impact and conserve valuable resources. Up to 38% recyclate is used in the manufacture of our plastic packaging.
Through our consistent recycling of packaging material, we not only contribute to waste reduction but also promote the circular economy. Our packaging is designed to be used multiple times and to be easily recycled at the end of its life cycle. In this way, we make an important contribution to sustainability and strengthen our responsibility towards the environment.
