Your Responsibilities

  • Sales of technical blades for industrial use at home and abroad
  • Technical consulting and support of an own international customer base
  • Acquisition of new customers (worldwide)
  • Responsibility for revenue generation and contribution margin management
  • Preparation of offers, execution of quantity and price negotiations
  • Continuous market observation and preparation of demand and order forecasts
  • Participation and representation of our company at trade fairs and events at home and abroad

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Business fluent in German and English, preferably also in Portuguese
  • Analytical and goal-oriented way of working as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel

    Video interview
    In a first meeting we get to know each other better. We learn about your background, motivation and future goals. At the same time, you have the chance to learn more about the advertised position and LUTZ as an employer.

    Get to know each other in person
    We get to know each other even better in person during a second meeting on site. You will get to know your direct manager and have ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your tasks, your future team and the company. Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.

    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.

    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
