The new derinding blade Dericut-3467 from LUTZ BLADES is made of stainless steel and is mainly used in meat processing in the food industry. With a variable length, a width of 22.00 mm and a thickness of 0.70 mm, it is specially designed to cut through layers of fat and pieces of meat with precision. Our derinding blades are used in machines to remove excess fat, tendons and skin from pieces of meat, to clean and trim them. This improves the quality and safety of meat products by reducing potential contamination. Compared to conventional derinding blades, the blades in the Dericut family offer particular advantages: Their rounded corners minimize the risk of injury to users, while they are also suitable for packaging in 100% recyclable single paper packs (Single-PaperPack). Dericut blades are also compatible with the most common machine manufacturers in the meat industry.
