Your Responsibilities

  • Sales of technical blades for industrial use in Poland and abroad
  • Technical consulting and competently support for an international customer portfolio
  • Qualifying and acquiring new customers (worldwide)
  • Ensuring sales and margin growth
  • Preparation of offers, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
  • Analyzing and actively monitoring market’s potential, industry trends and competitor activities
  • Representing the company at trade fairs in Poland and abroad

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical sales, preferably in the industry
  • Language fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken, is a requirement
  • Analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set as well as target-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and high customer and service awareness
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (inter-)nationally
  • German language skills are an advantage

    Video interview
    In a first meeting we get to know each other better. We learn about your background, motivation and future goals. At the same time, you have the chance to learn more about the advertised position and LUTZ as an employer.

    Get to know each other in person
    We get to know each other even better in person during a second meeting on site. You will get to know your direct manager and have ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your tasks, your future team and the company. Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.

    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.

    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
