Accounting and HR Specialist  (k/m/r)

Our team in Nysa (Poland) is looking for an experienced Accounting and HR Specialist (F/M/D).

Your Responsibilities

  • maintenance of COMARCH software in the area of accounting, human resources and payroll
  • preparation of reports by GUS, NBP
  • VAT settlements, preparation of VAT declarations and JPK
  • Keeping full personnel and payroll documentation, personal files
  • operation of PŁATNIK programme

Your Qualifications

  • knowledge of COMARCH OPTIMA
  • experience on the above mentioned position
  • education in the field of finance or accounting
  • knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, labour and social security law
  • knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel
  • knowledge of spoken and written English
  • knowledge of German would be an advantage
  • commitment, punctuality and conscientiousness

    Video interview
    In a first meeting we get to know each other better. We learn about your background, motivation and future goals. At the same time, you have the chance to learn more about the advertised position and LUTZ as an employer.

    Get to know each other in person
    We get to know each other even better in person during a second meeting on site. You will get to know your direct manager and have ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your tasks, your future team and the company. Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.

    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.

    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
