IT Team Lead  (k/m/r)

Our team in at the Nysa or Solingen location is looking for an experienced IT Team Lead.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership and development of the IT team at the Solingen location (2 employees)
  • Planning and implementation of IT projects
  • Development and execution of IT strategies
  • Ensuring IT security and data integrity
  • Maintenance and advancement of the IT infrastructure
  • Procurement and installation of IT hardware and software
  • Collaboration with other departments to optimize IT and business processes
  • Training and support for employees in the use of IT systems

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in the IT field
  • Ideally, initial leadership and project management experience
  • Technical education or a comparable qualification
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a solution- and goal-oriented working approach
  • Strong communication, analytical, and conceptual skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel (especially for applicants from Poland)

    Video interview
    In a first meeting we get to know each other better. We learn about your background, motivation and future goals. At the same time, you have the chance to learn more about the advertised position and LUTZ as an employer.

    Get to know each other in person
    We get to know each other even better in person during a second meeting on site. You will get to know your direct manager and have ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your tasks, your future team and the company. Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.

    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.

    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
