The LUTZ BLADES 9635 plush knife with Teflon stainless steel is used in the textile industry for so-called “carpet banking”. As some textiles are flammable, the blades are coated with Teflon. The Teflon helps to regulate the temperature when friction occurs. The radius of the blade can vary depending on the type of material. With a length of 57.50 mm and a width of 44.00 mm, it is ideal for precise cutting of textiles in industrial applications. The blade is available in four different thicknesses: 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.35 mm and 0.45 mm. This blade is a convex blade and is available in different lengths. It also fulfills individual customer requirements.
