Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the initial certification according to ISO 14001
  • Support in the definition and further development of environmental goals as well as corresponding key figures and measures
  • Collaboration in the conception and implementation of projects in the field of environmental management and sustainability
  • Creation of presentations and training materials
  • Preparation and support of internal audits
  • Carrying out research and analysis

Your Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in the field of environmental management, sustainability/quality management or a comparable discipline
  • Basic knowledge of common standards, regulations and requirements such as CSR Directive Implementation Act, ISO 14001 or ESG reporting
  • Initial experience in quality or environmental management is desirable
  • Analytical way of thinking as well as structured and independent way of working
  • Pleasure in familiarizing yourself with new topics
  • Confident handling of MS-Office

    Video interview
    In a first meeting we get to know each other better. We learn about your background, motivation and future goals. At the same time, you have the chance to learn more about the advertised position and LUTZ as an employer.

    Get to know each other in person
    We get to know each other even better in person during a second meeting on site. You will get to know your direct manager and have ample opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your tasks, your future team and the company. Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.

    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.

    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
