Your Responsibilities

  • Professional and disciplinary responsibility
  • Forward-looking personnel and resource planning
  • Training new employees
  • Supporting employees and colleagues in improving work processes
  • Setting up machines according to a work plan
  • Setting the tools and carrying out tool changes
  • Meeting production targets and ensuring compliance with specified quality standards and safety regulations

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company
  • Completed technical training, e.g. as a tool mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification is an advantage
  • Ideally initial management experience
  • High level of teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and flexibility
  • Forward-looking, solution-oriented and responsible way of working

Depending on the position (for example, manager), we will invite you to an assessment center.
    Decision & contract conclusion
    If we could convince each other, we are happy to welcome you in our team. Together we will go through your employment contract.
    Onboarding - welcome to the team!
    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
