Financial Controller  (m/f/d)

Our team in Nysa is looking for an experienced and analytical-minded Financial Controller (k/m/r).

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation and improvement of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Support in the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Execution of forecasts, budget and liquidity planning
  • Contribution margin analysis and cost accounting
  • Carrying out intercompany reconciliation
  • Support management with ad-hoc analysis and appropriate KPIs
  • Close cooperation with management, different business areas and interaction with headquarters in Germany

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Mastor’s degree in Business Administration / Controlling / Finance or related
  • Relevant previous experience in financial controlling – at least 2 years
  • Experience in manufacturing industry will be a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office especially Excel skills required
  • Fluency in both English and Polish language, German would be an asset
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented person with the ability to work independently and structured

    On your first day of work, we will schedule a tour of the facility so that you can gain initial orientation and get to know your teammates. An induction plan drawn up individually for you will help you to quickly familiarize yourself with your field of work and get to know all the processes, procedures and interfaces that are important for your position. An experienced mentor will accompany and support you throughout your induction period.
