The foil blade-0410 from LUTZ BLADES is made of stainless steel or carbon steel. It is coated with diamond-like carbon. This coating offers high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction of around 0.1 against the reference material steel. Although DLC is very resistant, it can be susceptible to impact loads and high temperatures, with a safe operating range of between 100 and 300 °C depending on the structure. The DLC coating gives the blade excellent cutting performance and durability. With a length of 43.00 mm, a width of 22.20 mm and a thickness of 0.20 mm, it is ideal for the precise cutting of foils in industrial applications. It is also available in other thicknesses. This blade is a 3-hole blade and continues to meet individual customer requirements.
